Reduced Fee Dental Plans
Reduced fee plans are not insurance. Member dentists agree to provide you with exceptional care based on a predetermined schedule of fees . With these fees you will notice significant savings in your out of pocket expenses. Many of the scheduled fees are 30-70% below most dentists' regular fees! The way it works is this: you pay a yearly membership fee for the plan. We will help you choose a dentist who meets your needs through a personal referral, or provide you with a list of providers from which you can choose a dentist yourself. Once your payment has been processed, your coverage is effective immediately.* When you have made your appointment, bring your member ID number with you to your provider's office. You will then pay your dentist directly for services rendered based on our fee schedule . It's that simple!
